All hunts require advance payment of 50% to confirm Hunt Date(s).
If paying by check, balance of payment is due 30 days prior to hunt.
Otherwise cash only is due on the day of the hunt.
Non-shooters are welcome at one-half the daily rate.
All deposits made by hunters not in attendance are
non-transferable to other members within the group
and shall be forfeited to Texas Panhandle Pheasant Hunts.
